When a person experiencing homelessness is separated from their pet, it can make one of the most difficult times in their life even more traumatic. Yet, with few homeless services offering pet-inclusive housing, many people feel forced to make this decision.
Since 2021, we’ve hosted the annual My Dog Is My Home Conference, with the hope that someday no one will have to choose between a home and their best friend.
